Oh my gosh, where do I begin?! I had such a phenomenal experience with David at Aztec plumbing today. I made an appointment because the seal broke yesterday on a toilet. First of all, David gave me options, which I always appreciate. Secondly, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I chose to have a new toilet installed rather than pull out old one and reseal and reinstall. All the toilets and hardware in my home are nearly 25 years old, so that’s why I chose new. Also new ones are ADA compliant which means they’re about 2 inches taller than old ones and much more suited to our aging bodies (We’re 76). I loved the first one so much, I decided to replace all three, so I scheduled another appointment for later same day. He worked efficiently, was on time, cleaned up after himself and took packaging with him, explained to me how everything operated, and took time to completely answer all my questions. Because I had work all done on same day, I saved money. I also bought their Protection and Care Plan. Let me just say, I am one very satisfied customer. I will use them again and refer friends to them. David was terrific. Aztec is a gem!

Ken came out on a Sunday, and was able to quickly get the issue resolved in a very prompt and professional manner. Not only was Ken incredibly knowledgeable, offering suggestions for future projects to consider, he was a great person to talk to. I stayed outside with him while he worked, and he is just a great guy! I will ask for him specifically for any future work that needs to be done!! I also wanted to add, that the whole process from start to finish was perfect. Starting from calling it in, to processing the payment. And the cost, I felt was incredibly fair, in fact, lower than expected. Call Aztec Plumbing, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great communication and service. Technician Joe Richter was exceptional, explaining everything in detail. He worked efficiently and cleaned up before he left. Definitely recommend!

We had tremendous service. We had a main water pipe break. The location was under our pavers in driveway. Emmanual did a fabulous job of repairing the pipe and filling the hole and putting back pavers. He never stopped. Extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

We had a perfect experience with Aztec Plumbing. David came out to take a look at our water heater. He provided a thorough explanation of the issues we were having and wasn’t trying to oversell us on a water heater that we wanted replaced. A+ service!

For the 2 jobs the plumber did were way over priced. Putting in a bathroom facet was over $600.00. Then the job he did by the washer he left it a mess. See attached photo. Oh well I will know better next time.

I'm very pleased with the professional work that Mr. Brook Swanson did. He explained what he was going to do step by step. Worked dilentgently and kept everything cleaned. This is the second time I use Aztec plumbing for service and it will not be the last. Thank you for being g there for me. Victor

David Manookian was my technician. He arrived first thing in the morning and was very helpful. He checked out the whole house, had some recommendations, and had a great attitude and personality. Highly recommend David and Aztec Plumbing. Excellent experience.
