Oh my gosh, where do I begin?! I had such a phenomenal experience with David at Aztec plumbing today. I made an appointment because the seal broke yesterday on a toilet. First of all, David gave me options, which I always appreciate. Secondly, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I chose to have a new toilet installed rather than pull out old one and reseal and reinstall. All the toilets and hardware in my home are nearly 25 years old, so that’s why I chose new. Also new ones are ADA compliant which means they’re about 2 inches taller than old ones and much more suited to our aging bodies (We’re 76). I loved the first one so much, I decided to replace all three, so I scheduled another appointment for later same day. He worked efficiently, was on time, cleaned up after himself and took packaging with him, explained to me how everything operated, and took time to completely answer all my questions. Because I had work all done on same day, I saved money. I also bought their Protection and Care Plan. Let me just say, I am one very satisfied customer. I will use them again and refer friends to them. David was terrific. Aztec is a gem!
